Ninja Warrior Training your footwork, coordination, and balance is, therefore, a vital part of a Ninja Warrior training. The courses also require ninjas to have plenty of quick leg power to propel them forward and upward. We will have rope climbing, cargo nets, ninja steps, peg board, ladders and climbling walls. If this sounds like something you would be interested in. REGISTER NOW! as we only have limited spots which are filling up quickly!!

Parkour (French pronunciation) is a training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training. People aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping and rolling.

Te Puke Gymsport is the largest centre of Parkour in the Bay of Plenty. It is lots of fun and creates lots of challenges!
